📦 Returns Eligibility

• You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Due to hygiene reasons, beauty and personal care items cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Opened cosmetics or grooming products (unless faulty)

🧾 How to Return an Item

Email returns@votista.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

⚠ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us at support@votista.com with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair at no cost to you.

💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
